Over the past 18 months, the Festival has welcomed Mike Leigh, Josie Rourke, Steven Berkoff, Simon Pegg, Simon Bird, Iranian filmmakers and women’s activist, Mahnaz Mohammadi and Carl Hunter (with his debut film, Sometimes Always Never, starring Bill Nighy) and from Poland, Jan Komasa (nominated for a Best Picture in Foreign Language Oscar in 2020 and winner of the same at TriBeca Film Festival).
