Films in competiton are open only to emerging filmmakers with one or two films on their resume. The jury to select  BEST FILM is led by the Chair of BAFTA, Sara Putt and includes: Jonathan Dean (Sunday Times), Tom Berkeley (Oscar and BAFTA award winner), Laurie Bell (CEO The Cheltenham Trust), Carl Hunter (film director, rock musician with The Farm), Michael Bourne (Chair, Cheltenham Film Society).

All films In Competition play at Cineworld, Cheltenham. There will be no ads or trailers, films start promptly at the advertised time.
